Participants include developers, shopping centers, management companies, retail brands, franchise networks, and solution providers in retail, architecture, design, and construction. The key requirement is that your company or project is connected to commercial real estate or retail infrastructure development.
Submit the application form on the website — our manager will contact you to clarify the details, help select the right booth format, and issue an invoice.
After payment, you’ll receive confirmation and can proceed with booth design approval.
Three participation formats are available: Standard Booth (6–9 m²) — basic construction, branded panel, electricity, Wi-Fi, and 2 badges. Extended Booth (12–18 m²) — custom design, 4 badges, logo placement in the forum area, and access to networking sessions. General Partnership (20+ m²) — large booth, full brand integration across communication channels, participation in the UzMall Awards ceremony, and priority in the B2B meeting schedule.
The cost depends on the selected format. The package includes booth space, basic construction, electricity and Wi-Fi connection, participant badges, access to the business program, and B2B sessions. Payment is required after signing the contract and receiving the invoice, no later than November 30, 2025.
Yes. You can bring your own construction, decorations, and equipment, provided they are approved in advance by the organizers. Booth layouts must be submitted for approval at least two weeks before the exhibition.
Setup takes place on December 15, 2025, one day before the exhibition opens. Dismantling will be on the evening of December 17, after the forum ends. Detailed access and technical guidelines will be sent to participants one week before the event.
Yes. Companies can choose a partnership format without a physical booth — such as participation in the business program, branding in forum zones, or integration into the UzMall Awards.
Partnership options include premium booths, participation in the Awards ceremony, branding of business areas, and various promotional opportunities. Submit a request, and our team will prepare a tailored offer with available packages and partnership activities.
Yes. The organizers provide support with hotel recommendations near Hyatt Regency and, if needed, can issue visa invitation letters for international participants.
